  • Use of the venue for a maximum of six (6) hours – inclusive of time during Christian ceremony, cocktails, reception and after-party events. A fee of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) for every hour there on shall be charged.
  • Use of designated areas for accredited suppliers. Client must use our accredited suppliers,
  • If the Client use their own supplier, corkage Fee of Php.30, 000 will be charged.

In-house staff shall be assigned to maintain toilet cleanliness, to direct vehicular traffic and parking during the event.

Use of designated parking facilities for chauffeur and owner-driven vehicles. However, please be notified that neither The Citadel Place nor its Management, including its corporate officers, directors, employees or staff shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage caused to the vehicles and/or injury caused to the driver/chauffeur of the vehicles parked within the premises .

Use of paper supplies and hand wash for the guests’ restrooms
